John Schmid will present “Survey and Inspection Issues – Learn About the Issues Beyond the Title” during a seminar with the Minnesota CLE. The session will focus on survey and property inspection issues that go beyond the title commitment and exception documents, including a brief refresher on ALTA/NSPS survey requirements and general survey reading. John will also focus on specific topics, including location of improvements, priority photos, possession, occupancy and use issues, and access, boundary, and encroachment issues.
