The 2026 Midterm Elections

Jerry Goldfeder, senior counsel at Cozen O'Connor and director of the Voting Rights and Democracy Project at Fordham Law School, will participate as a speaker in The 2026 Midterm Elections, part of Fordham Law School's Faculty-Student-Staff Conversation Series.

Held the day after the 2026 midterm elections, this program will analyze the legal and policy issues arising from the election results and explore the implications for the next Congress. The discussion will be moderated by Dean Joseph Landau and will feature Professor James Brudney, Professor Jerry Goldfeder, Professor Julie Suk, and Professor Zephyr Teachout.
