Barry Boss, co-chair of the Commercial Litigation Department, a member in the White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, and a nationally recognized leader in federal sentencing, spoke at The Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich 35th Annual National Seminar on Federal Sentencing. The seminar, held in Orlando, Florida, was sponsored by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Barry moderated a panel titled "A View from the Bench Plenary Session," where federal judges discussed their personal views on federal sentencing policy and procedure, as well as current events and topics in federal sentencing law.
