Jonathan Gale will speak on the panel “Trade Secret Identification in Litigation” at the AIPLA Spring Meeting. Jon will discuss pleading requirements for identification of trade secrets in litigation. He will also discuss the effect of Quintara Biosciences v. Ruifeng Biztech, Appeal No. 23-16093 (9th Cir.) on federal Defend Trade Secrets Act cases.
