Christian Moretti, Neil Quartaro, and Ed Weisz will present at a number of seminars with leading Tokyo bar associations, the International Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Osaka Bar Association and Osaka Chamber of Commerce. Ed will discuss Intellectual Property issues related to cross-border trade and investment between Japan and the U.S. Christian will explore developments in cross-border mergers and acquisitions for Japanese companies, and Neil will discuss tariff and trade issues between the U.S. and Japan following the Supreme Court decision in Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump.
