Cozen O’Connor Attorney Designated A 2008 Delaware And Pennsylvania Super Lawyer By Law & Politics

Cozen O’Connor member Mark E. Felger has been named a 2008 Super Lawyer in both Delaware and Pennsylvania by Law & Politics. Super Lawyers recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through independent research. The list recognizes attorneys in more than 60 practice areas, and each year, more than 30,000 attorneys participate in the survey and selection process.

Felger serves as Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Wilmington, Del., office and practices in the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group. He has a broad commercial practice, focusing in the areas of Chapter 11 reorganization and general insolvency law. Felger has represented all constituencies in corporate restructurings both in and out of Chapter 11, including debtors, unsecured creditors' committees and secured creditors, as well as acquirers of troubled businesses. He is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification, and serves on the panel of mediators for the Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.

Felger is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (B.S., with high honors, 1985) and Boston University (J.D., 1989). He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
