Cozen O’Connor member Mark E. Felger has been named a 2008 Super Lawyer in both Delaware and Pennsylvania by Law & Politics. Felger serves as Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Wilmington, Del., office and practices in the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group. He has a broad commercial practice, focusing in the areas of Chapter 11 reorganization and general insolvency law. Felger has represented all constituencies in corporate restructurings both in and out of Chapter 11, including debtors, unsecured creditors' committees and secured creditors, as well as acquirers of troubled businesses. He is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification, and serves on the panel of mediators for the Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
Felger is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (B.S., with high honors, 1985) and Boston University (J.D., 1989). He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
