Rising Stars is a comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding emerging attorneys in Washington state, representing a wide range of practice areas, firm sizes and geographic locations. Each year, Law & Politics asks Washington attorneys to nominate the best up-and-coming attorneys they’ve personally observed in action. Law & Politics performs the polling, research and selection of Rising Stars in a process designed to identify outstanding Washington lawyers who have demonstrated superior professional potential. To be eligible for this honor, attorneys must be age 40 or under, or have been in practice 10 years or less. Only the top 2.5 percent of Washington lawyers are honored with this distinction each year.
