Cohen heads Cozen O'Connor’s tax practice and has an extensive tax law background, which runs the full range of federal, state and local income tax matters, with particular emphasis on the tax-wise structuring of commercial transactions, planning to minimize the tax burdens of businesses and individuals, and handling tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities.
