Jennifer G. North has joined Cozen O’Connor’s New York Midtown office as an Associate in the Business Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Real Estate Director and Counsel for UBS. North practices in the real estate group, handling matters involving the drafting and negotiating of lease documentation, representing institutional lenders, drafting joint venture agreements, and negotiating lease and sublease terms on behalf of corporate clients.

North is a graduate of Duke University (B.S., 1998) and New York University School of Law (J.D., 2002), where she was a staff editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
