Cozen O’Connor Attorney Appointed to Texas Bar Journal Board of Editors

Cozen O’Connor associate Kendall K. Hayden has been selected to serve on the Texas Bar Journal’s board of editors for 2009–2010. Published by the State Bar of Texas, the journal is edited for legal professionals, lawyers in private practice, and trial and appellate court judges.

A resident in the firm’s Dallas office, Hayden practices in the global insurance group, primarily focusing on property insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western districts of Texas. In 2008, she was chosen as one of 20 inaugural class members of the 2009 Class of Leadership by the State Bar of Texas and was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers. In 2006, she was named a member of the Pro Bono College of Texas.

Hayden earned her undergraduate degree (B.A., 1999) from Texas A&M University and her law degree (J.D., 2003) from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the SMU Computer Law Review and Technology Journal.

Hayden resides in Dallas, Texas.
