Monday, October 25, 2010

Cozen O’Connor was ranked fourth in the nation for the quality of its summer associate program according to the American Lawyer Magazine 2010 Summer Associates Survey. This is the third year in a row that the firm was ranked in the top five nationally.

Based on feedback from 3,000 law students at 101 firms from across the country, the ranking sought evaluation of key subject areas like the quality of the work assigned and the level of interaction with partners and full-time associates. Cozen O’Connor was awarded 4.94 out of 5 possible points, with perfect scores in several categories, including level of responsibility and inclination to accept an associate position.

“I fully credit our attorneys who gave out interesting and challenging assignments and lent their support by serving as mentors and attending program events. And of course the summer class for demonstrating an eagerness to learn and contribute,” said Tad Decker, president and CEO of Cozen O’Connor. “Culture and attorney satisfaction are extremely important to us so it’s reassuring to continue to perform so well in these surveys."
