Cozen O’Connor was ranked the second overall “Healthiest Employer” in the Philadelphia region by the Philadelphia Business Journal; first of employers with 500-1499 employees. The Philadelphia Business Journal, with help from Healthiest Employers of Indianapolis, invited local businesses to fill out an online wellness assessment. In scoring the questionnaires, greater weight was placed on items related to support from upper management, employee incentives, and policies to encourage participation – all attributes proven to make office wellness programs effective.
