Thursday, March 15, 2012

Adam Silverman was quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer article titled "Grocery co-op to open in September in Elkins Park" regarding the new $4.1 million project to open a local and organic supermarket called “Creekside Co-op” in Elkins Park, Pa. by the fall of 2012. The co-op, which will be in the company of about half a dozen other co-ops in the Philadelphia region, is part of a community-wide effort to revitalize Elkins Park's commercial center. Cozen O'Connor did pro bono legal work for the co-op and Silverman was quoted in saying that economic development is the “primary goal” of the project.
