Cozen O'Connor Ranks #1 in the Country in AmLaw 2012 Summer Associate Survey

Cozen O'Connor returns to number one in the United States in The American Lawyer's 2012 Summer Associate Survey. Cozen O'Connor has ranked in the top five for four of the last five years. Last year the firm ranked, 26th, in 2010 the firm ranked fourth, 2009 the firm was again first in the nation, and in 2008 the firm ranked second.

The rankings are based on feedback from 3,957 law students at 111 firms, and scores are based on responses in nine key areas: how much of it was "real," training and guidance, interactions with partners and full-time associates, how well the firm communicated its goals, how accurately the firm portrayed itself in interviews, how it rated overall as a place to work, and the respondents' inclination to accept a job if one were offered. All responses were scored on a 5-point scale, with 5 being the highest score. Cozen O'Connor's overall score was 4.981, with 100 percent of the firm's summer associates responding to the survey.
