The lawyers and staff of Cozen O'Connor mourn the untimely death of our partner and friend, Judith E. Siegel-Baum. Judy fought tirelessly on behalf of her clients, gained the respect of her peers and the judiciary, and gave generously to charities that helped those less fortunate. To those of us who had the privilege of practicing with Judy, she was more than a law partner: she was a friend, a confidant, a mentor and a leader. Judy's brilliant counseling, advocacy and litigation skills were surpassed only by her compassion, wit and kindness. Judy will be deeply missed by all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with Judy's family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, in Beth Israel Cemetery, Oak Spring Road, Washington, Pa., with Rabbi David Novitsky officiating. Condolences may be expressed at www.piattandbarnhillfh.com.

A memorial service to be held in New York City where Judy practiced is also being planned.
