Cozen O’Connor is ranked first in Philadelphia, for the fourth year in a row, and seventh in the nation in The American Lawyer’s 2013 Mid-Level Associate Satisfaction Survey.

The annual satisfaction survey of third, fourth, and fifth-year associates measures overall associate satisfaction in ten separate categories.  Cozen O’Connor ranked above its competitors in areas such as associate relations, training and guidance, and openness in communication. The American Lawyer surveys 5,683 midlevel associates at 134 law firms across the country.
