Jennifer discussed today's arraignment of NYPD Detective Wojciech Braszczok, who was indicted as one of the bikers involved in the SUV-motorcyclist confrontation that happened on the West Side Highway in September. Braszczok was indicted for gang assault and other serious felonies and faces up to 25 years, if convicted.
