David Heffernan and Mark Atwood, of the Washington, DC office, participated in the ABA Air and Space Law Forum conference in Montreal, which featured the book "Aviation Regulation in the United States."  David was co-editor and authored a chapter and Mark contributed the first chapter. The book was published this summer by ABA Publishing and is a detailed treatise that addresses all of the major areas of U.S. aviation regulation, including separate chapters on the role of each of the federal agencies that regulate the aviation industry in the U.S., as well as chapters on the international framework of aviation regulation.
