Jennifer Brandt, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Family Law Practice Group, was a guest on Good Day Philadelphia to discuss the birth control lawsuit filed in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas last week. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, more than 100 women became pregnant after allegedly taking mispackaged birth control pills. The discovery of the mispackaged contraceptives prompted the FDA in 2011 to issue a recall notice for 3.2 million blister packs.
