Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Ken Fisher, a member of the Real Estate practice at Cozen O'Connor, is quoted in CityLand on the first of a series of hearings by New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission designed to address the backlog of calendar items added prior to 2010. Ken discusses that it would be impractical to name Greenwood Cemetery a landmark because it remains active and the plots are owned by thousands different owners. He also addresses Fairway Apartments, a site which does not rise to the level of quality necessary to be recognized as an individual landmark.
