Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Ken Fisher, a member of the Real Estate practice at Cozen O'Connor, is quoted in CityLand on the first of a series of hearings by New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission designed to address the backlog of calendar items added prior to 2010. He also addresses Fairway Apartments, a site which does not rise to the level of quality necessary to be recognized as an individual landmark.
