Ken Fisher, a member of the Real Estate practice at Cozen O'Connor, was quoted in Brooklyn Daily on a proposal to designate New York's historic Green-Wood Cemetery a landmark. Ken comments on The Landmarks Preservation Commission consideration to designate the entirety of the city's oldest graveyard, an issue that the Preservation Commission and Green-Wood Cemetery have differing opinions.
