James Dennis was on death row for 25 years for a killing he said he didn't do. After decades of appeal, a U.S. District Judge ordered a new trial. Following negotiations between Dennis' lawyers and the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, Dennis chose to plead no contest to the crime rather than gamble on another trial. "Our main goal was to try to get Jimmy out of prison after having served 25 years," Cozen said.
