Thursday, March 31, 2016

Kendall Kelly Hayden is quoted in Law360's article titled "Proposed Railroad Crew Rule Sparks Outcry Over Redundancy." Kendall said, “I anticipate the debate will continue to center around whether the proper research has truly been performed to support the notion that two operators are safer than one. I think we’ll see industry groups continue to challenge the validity and causation links between the proposed rule and the claim that the current situation is unsafe.”
