Laura B. Sorscher Joins Cozen O’Connor’s Premier National Real Estate Practice

Philadelphia, Oct. 19, 2016 — Cozen O’Connor is pleased to welcome Laura B. Sorscher as a member of its national Real Estate practice, one of the premiere such practices in the country.  

Laura Sorscher is an experienced transactional attorney, who spent her early years as an associate and then a partner in the real estate department of a nationally recognized law firm, followed by 11 years serving initially as in-house counsel and then as general counsel of the bank affiliate of a national financial services company in suburban Philadelphia. In addition to her experience in handling real estate matters, she has throughout her career handled diverse commercial transactions, including business and commercial contracting, commercial financings, technology licensing, and bank regulatory compliance.

Laura Sorscher received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania School of Law and her B.S. degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Most recently Laura was a partner at law firm Baer Crossey McDemus. Prior to joining that firm, Laura had her own legal practice representing individuals and businesses in real estate, financing and commercial contract matters.
