Ken is representing Joel Wiener of the real estate management firm Pinnacle Group in his pursuit of building a 97-car subterranean garage in between a historic, rent-stabilized apartment complex and a decaying section of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Tenants attempting to block Wiener, claim excavating 7,000 cubic yards of soil will destabilize their building and undermine the structural integrity of a section of the highway. Ken argues, "It's a way to increase the value of the property."
