James Heller, of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation department, was quoted in a Law360 article that discusses a recent jury verdict that shows juries can bring back large verdicts despite an absence of physical injuries. In the article, Jim discusses that when employees are talking about a product's safety results, they have to assume that a judge or jury is going to read what they have written in emails or instant messages. He is also quoted saying, "Don't click send until you're comfortable that a jury would understand and agree with what you're writing." For the full article click here.
