Jennifer Brandt Appears on Good Day Philadelphia for Taylor Swift Trial

Friday, August 11, 2017

Jennifer Brandt, co-chair of the firm's Family Law Group, sat down with the Good Day Philadelphia morning news team to give her legal opinion on the Taylor Swift trial.  David Mueller, a former DJ in Colorado, claims Swift's allegation that he groped her led to his firing.  The U.S. district judge threw out Mueller's claims against Taylor Swift on Friday afternoon, ruling it is not possible to prove she got Mueller fired for allegedly groping her. Taylor Swift's countersuit against Mueller, which includes claims of assault and battery, still stands.
