Jennifer Brandt, co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice, sat down with Good Day Philadelphia on Fox 29 to advise viewers on what to do if someone uses their image without their consent. Jennifer suggests contacting the company to inform them of their unauthorized use of your image and then decide if you want to take legal action. To prevent image misappropriation, Jennifer urges viewers to research how to keep posted images private.
