Monday, March 6, 2017

PHILADELPHIA, March 6, 2017 — Each year, The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Commission on Women receives scores of submissions from across the state in connection with its granting of three prestigious awards. This year, Cozen O’Connor has been chosen as the winner of the PBA Women in the Profession's Promotion of Women Award.

PBA Women in the Profession's Promotion of Women Award was established to honor Pennsylvania law firms, corporate law departments, or other organizations providing legal services, either public or private, that instituted programs or initiatives that have resulted in helping women lawyers continue and advance in their professional careers while maintaining a work/life balance. The firm's selection as the 2017 winner of the Women in the Profession's Promotion of Women recognizes the firm’s longstanding successful promotion and advancement of women across the firm, as well as the firm’s commitment to continue the growth and development of our Women’s Initiative Program, which provides mentoring and networking opportunities across the firm. The award will be presented to the firm on May 11 at the PBA's annual meeting in Pittsburgh.
