Dan Hardwick, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, is quoted in the Washington Business Journal on a provision in a bill that would require major disclosures from individuals with an ownership interest in limited liability companies. If passed, the bill would require any person with more than a 10 percent ownership interest to disclose their names and addresses when applying for a basic business license.
“I cannot imagine this is being well-received by the community,” said Dan. “It’s an administrative nightmare.”
