Grossman Named Co-Office Managing Partner of Cozen O’Connor Washington, D.C., Office

WASHINGTON, DC – February 20, 2018 - Jonathan Grossman has been appointed Cozen O’Connor Washington, D.C., Co-office Managing Partner. Grossman will lead along with fellow Co-office Managing Partner Barry Boss to guide the office of more than 65 attorneys and government relations professionals. The firm’s Washington, D.C., office, which opened in 2001, offers a wide range of services in matters involving litigation, intellectual property, regulatory, investigations, policy work, and business transactions.

“Jonathan has been a part of the firm’s Washington D.C. office over a period of substantial growth and diversification of practices,” said Vincent R. McGuinness, Cozen O’Connor President and Managing Partner. “We look forward to having Jonathan help lead the Washington, D.C., office as we continue to grow our presence in the D.C. market.”

Grossman, a member in Cozen O’Connor’s Business Law Department, advises clients on antitrust, consumer protection, and other government regulatory matters, including civil and criminal government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, counseling on antitrust, consumer protection and advertising issues, litigation, and legislative issues. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1992 and his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2000.
