HQ2: ‘We’re a City That Isn’t Standing Still’

Jeffrey Mills, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice Group, discusses Pittsburgh’s chances of being selected as the home for Amazon’s new headquarters, a multibillion-dollar investment boasting an expected 50,000 jobs, in Pittsburgh Business Times. The city is competing with larger cities, including Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Toronto, and New York. In order to stand out and secure the location, “the City of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania need to think outside the box somewhat on its incentive package and planning,” Jeffrey said.
