In the HQ2 Race, Cost of Living Benefits Pittsburgh

Jeffrey Mills, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice Group, discusses Pittsburgh’s appealing cost of living as a distinguishing feature from other cities in competition for Amazon’s second headquarters (HQ2) in Pittsburgh Business Times. "One of the advantages Pittsburgh has over a majority of other cities is the cost of living index and our ability to have an Amazon employee make close to $100,000, and that $100,000 in the city and the region will go a lot farther than $100,000 in New York or Washington, D.C," said Jeffrey. Pittsburgh, named one of the finalists in the HQ2 race, ranks second in cost, which includes real estate and other factors.
