Judge orders man, 30, to move out of parents' home

Wednesday, May 23, 2018

Jennifer Brandt, co-chair of the firm's Family Law Practice, appeared on Fox29 to discuss a judge in Onondaga County Supreme Court Tuesday ordering a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' house after they went to court to have him ejected. It sets a hard deadline for Michael Rotondo to peacefully leave his parents' home in Camillus before county sheriffs can be called in to forcibly remove him. Jennifer believes it may be hard to enforce the order, but in the future parents should lay out ground rules in writing.
