McGregor’s plea is part of a deal with prosecutors to resolve charges over a brawl that broke out at the Barclays Center arena in April 2018. McGregor was charged with assault, criminal mischief, and other crimes, and pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — a violation that will not result in a criminal record. Bruce, who represents McGregor, noted that “the plea will have no effect on his immigration status or his ability to fight.”
