PHILADELPHIA, Tuesday, August 27, 2019 – Philadelphia attorney Jennifer Brandt, chair of the firm’s Family Law group, has been elected chair of the Program Support Fund Committee of the ABA Section of Family Law as well as vice-chair of the ByLaws & Policy Committee of the ABA.

Created in 2019, the Program Support Fund helps the ABA section to enhance diversity and inclusion in the profession, promote access to justice, support public service projects and education, and recognize outstanding volunteer family lawyers helping people when they need help the most. As chair of the Program Support Fund Committee, Jennifer will identify opportunities to raise funds for the section’s Program Support Fund and participate in the committee’s in-person meetings at the Fall and Spring conferences.

The ByLaws & Policy committee is a standing committee, which means it was established and authorized by council or by the chair with the advice and consent of council and the committee is responsible to council. The committee is composed of five members, appointed by the chair elect for the upcoming year.

Jennifer has significant experience representing parties in divorce, custody, and support/alimony matters throughout both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
