Cozen O'Connor Executive Chairman and CEO Michael Heller spoke to Law360 about the changes that have reshaped the firm since he joined nearly 25 years ago and the legal industry at large.

Michael joined Cozen O'Connor in September 1994, when the firm was a fraction of its current size, enticed by founder Stephen Cozen's promise of the opportunity to help create something from the ground up.

Now in his seventh year as executive chairman and CEO, Heller spoke to Law360 recently about the changes that have reshaped both the firm, which has grown to more than 700 attorneys, and the legal industry at large.
