New York City Council considering 'Right to Disconnect' bill

Jennifer Brandt, co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice, was on Fox29 to discuss a "Right to Disconnect" bill, which would make it unlawful for private employers in the city of New York to require an employee to check and respond to email, text messages and other electronic communications during non-work hours.
