Jennifer Brandt was recently interviewed by 6ABC's George Solis on the little girl abandoned in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Jennifer says depending on what investigators find, criminal charges could vary for the mother. "Misdemeanor charges, felony charges it depends on the condition of the child, it depends on the circumstances of the abandonment," Jennifer said.
