Ken Fisher Recognized Among City & State New York’s Real Estate Power 100

New York – March 22, 2021 — Kenneth K. Fisher, a member of Cozen O'Connor’s Business Law Department, was named to City & State New York’s Real Estate Power 100. The list recognizes key executives, elected officials, appointees, advocates, and others at the intersection of real estate development and public policy. Fisher was identified as an industry leader assisting in shaping New York’s vibrant real estate world in so many ways.

Fisher’s practice concentrates on the public realm of the metropolitan area. His experience includes real estate development, regulatory law, litigation, and investigations. He is a former New York City councilman and served as founding chair of the New York City Chapter of the New York League of Conservation Voters and was founding chair of the Governors Island Alliance. Fisher is chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association Committee on Government & the Public Sector. He previously served as chair of the New York City Bar Association Land Use Planning & Zoning Committee and Insurance Law Committee and was a member of the Judiciary Committee.
