Howard Krooks shares his thoughts on our country's health care system, the importance of long-term care planning, and what he hopes to accomplish as the chair of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section in the Daily Business Review.

"I am of the opinion that the infrastructure for providing long-term care services and supports in the U.S. is failing our elderly population and people with disabilities in a significant way," said Howard.
