Are Canada’s Competition Laws Outdated? Some Say It’s Time for Change

Michael Osborne was quoted in a CBC News article discussing the Commissioner of Competition Matthew Boswell’s efforts to reform Canada’s competition laws. “If regulations become too stringent, it could deter business and end up limiting competition,” said Michael. "We're at an interesting inflection point, I think, where we have a number of groups that are pushing for competition law to do things that competition law is not traditionally meant to do."
