Michael Osborne was quoted in a Reuters article discussing the Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications’ appeal, which will be heard tomorrow in a Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa. “I think the appeal is going to be dismissed,” said Michael. “I think it’s a bad appeal. For that reason, I think the Court of Appeal will make sure to do it in time for the parties to close.”
