Michael Osborne was quoted in a Bloomberg article discussing the dismissed appeal by a Canadian appeals court in the Roger-Shaw Communications merger. “The commissioner’s appeal was extremely weak. The commissioner was trying to appeal on a bunch of highly technical arguments,” said Michael. It was “pretty unlikely” that Boswell would be able to take the case to the Supreme Court of Canada, he explained.
