NEW YORK, June 6, 2023 — Vivien Krieger has been selected to serve on Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York’s 2023 Awards for Excellence in Development Committee. The Awards for Excellence in Development recognizes notable development projects in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors of New York. The awards committee is composed of leading real estate professionals and is responsible for nominating awards finalists and selecting winning projects for the Excellence Gala dinner.

Vivien is co-chair of the Zoning, Land Use, & Development Practice. She focuses her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters.
