Matthew Weinstein Elected Fellow of American College of Real Estate Lawyers

PHILADELPHIA, April 9, 2024 – Matthew I. Weinstein, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Lease Restructuring Group, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Weinstein represents many local, regional, and national tenants and landlords in the negotiation of retail, office, life science, and warehouse/industrial leasing space in shopping centers, office complexes, life science buildings, industrial sites, technology parks, and incubation centers. He additionally represents owners of retail, office, life science, and warehouse/industrial projects in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of such assets.

Weinstein writes and contributes to numerous articles for real estate-related topics in leading industry publications. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He has been featured as a guest speaker at multiple industry organizations.
