Ben Mishkin discusses the implications of the latest states to pass comprehensive privacy laws in Cybersecurity Law Report. The article addresses the unique aspects of New Jersey’s and New Hampshire’s laws, the 2024 privacy landscape, as well as steps to navigate the most recent obstacles in multistate privacy compliance.

Ben discusses how the broad applicability of New Jersey’s law is similar to Colorado’s due to its minimal revenue threshold.
