WASHINGTON, D.C., December 11, 2025 – Daniel Hardwick, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, has been named a recipient of Connect CRE’s 2025 Washington D.C. & Mid-Atlantic Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The recognition honors real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and within the broader community. Hardwick is among 10 attorneys in the District of Columbia to receive the honor.

Hardwick leads real estate purchases and sales, joint ventures, leases, and financings on behalf of developers, owners, investors, and tenants, and is frequently tapped to represent significant corporate clients in their most complex real estate matters.

Alongside his real estate practice, Hardwick serves as pro bono real estate counsel to local institutions such as the Washington School for Girls (WSG), an independent school dedicated to serving students and families from D.C.’s under-resourced 7th and 8th Wards.
