San Diego, Calif., November 3, 2026 — David D. Brisco was named to the 2027 San Diego Super Lawyers list. Selection to Super Lawyers is based on peer nominations and evaluations combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5% of attorneys are named Super Lawyers. This is David’s first year on the Super Lawyers list; he previously appeared on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

David is the vice chair of the Subrogation & Recovery, Western Region for the firm. He litigates a wide range of cases, including wildfires, intensive product defect lawsuits against many of the largest consumer and commercial product manufacturers, as well as lawsuits against construction entities of all sizes for catastrophic construction losses. His experience also includes pursuing international entities responsible for fires, floods, and other losses in the United States.
